Head of Latin America, Facebook
Diego Dzodan joined Facebook in June 2015 as VP for Latin America to help businesses and partners in the region create the best experiences for people.
Before his current role, Diego was VP for Latin America at Software AG. And prior to joining Software AG, he was President of SAP Latin America and the Caribbean (SAP LAC), with more than 3,300 employees in the region. Before assuming his position at LAC, Diego was responsible for SAP Southern Latin America (SoLA) where his team delivered unparalleled growth turning the region into one of the largest at SAP globally. Prior to his role in SoLA, he was President of SAP Brazil, executing a growth plan that took the subsidiary to the third position in the ranking of countries within the corporation.
Previously, Diego also headed SAP Mexico and Central America, and SAP Colombia and Ecuador, delivering double- and triple-digit growth in volumes, together with significant increases in market share and customer satisfaction. He first joined SAP in 2004 to start up the Business Consulting and Value Engineering practices at SAP LAC.
Before joining SAP, Diego held positions at Aluar, Techint and Andersen Consulting, and was Co-Founder and President of Certant, a firm delivering services in Internet technologies to corporations and banks.
In 2008, he received the Distinguished Leader Award, a recognition for the leader of the year in SAP LAC. Diego also was a part-time professor at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Argentina, where he was repeatedly elected best professor at the MBA and Master in Finance programs.
Diego holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and received his bachelors degree in Accounting from Universidad de Belgrano in Argentina.
