Eneasz Kadziela

Eneasz Kądziela, CFA, CAIA is the Deputy Chief Investment Officer & Head of Private Equity for the NYC Comptroller’s Office – Bureau of Asset Management. As Head of Private Equity, he oversees the five NYC Retirement Systems’ over $24 billion private equity portfolio supporting the retirement of the city’s public employees.

Prior to joining the NYC Comptroller’s Office, Eneasz was the Director of Research and Fund Relations at the Small Business Investor Alliance (SBIA), a trade association of lower middle market private equity funds and institutional investors. Prior to joining SBIA, he was a sell-side Equity Research Associate at Cross Research Group, a boutique research firm focused on the technology sector.

Eneasz received a BA in Economics from Rutgers University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.
