Guillermo Vallejo Saavedra

Mr. Vallejo has more than 16 years of experience in real estate private equity and investment banking in the U.S. and Latin America.  Prior to joining Yellowstone, Mr. Vallejo was a director at Grupo Pegasus, a Latin America-focused investment firm established in 2000. During his time at Grupo Pegasus, Mr. Vallejo invested in and managed real estate assets in a variety of classes including senior living, hospitality, and retail.  Before joining Grupo Pegasus, Mr. Vallejo was an associate on the investments team at Equity International and underwrote more than $900 million in real estate investments across industrial/logistics, self-storage, telecom infrastructure, multifamily and for-sale residential portfolios. 

Mr. Vallejo started his career at Estrategias Corporativas, a leading Colombian boutique investment bank focused on M&A advisory, where he was involved in landmark transactions for a combined value of $1 billion.  Mr. Vallejo obtained a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes in Bogota and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
