Luis Cervantes

Luis Cervantes is a Managing Director at General Atlantic and leads the firm’s Mexico City office where he focuses on growth investments in Mexico and across Latin America. Luis is on the board of Axo, Clip, Crehana, Hospitales MAC, Justo, Kavak, Klar and Laboratorios Sanfer, and serves as a board observer for Incode Technologies.

Luis is also a board member at Endeavor Mexico, a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum, and has been an Adjunct Professor at Universidad Iberoamericana.

Prior to joining General Atlantic, Luis was at Advent International where he concentrated on investments across sectors in Latin America and was previously at UBS Investment Bank.

Luis received a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, graduating with honors, and he received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
