Santiago Fossatti

Santiago Fossatti is a Partner at Kaszek, the leading venture capital firm in Latin America, with over $5 billion in assets under management. The firm was launched in 2011 by Hernan Kazah (Co-Founder and COO at MercadoLibre for 12 years) and Nicolas Szekasy (CFO at MercadoLibre for 10 years). Kaszek has invested in more than 100 companies, including Nubank, Kavak, QuintoAndar, NuvemShop Gympass, Kushki, Notco, and Bitso.

Santiago heads Kaszek’s Brazil offices and was as the first person to join the Kaszek team in 2011. He seats at the board of companies such as Creditas, Cora, Gringo, and Draftea.

Before joining Kaszek, Santiago was a Consultant at Value Partners Management Consulting. Prior to this, he worked at Banco Galicia as a Research Analyst. Santiago received an Industrial Engineering degree from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.
