José Guilherme Souza

Responsible for the Vinci Partners' Infrastructure department. Prior to joining Vinci Partners, he worked for Banco Pactual since 2005 as co-manager of FIP Brasil Energia (a USD 560 million fund). Prior to that, he was a management consultant for Stern Stewart & Co., from 2001 to 2004. Previously, he had five years of experience in equity sales and trading with Citigroup Asset Management and Banco Graphus. He holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Escola Federal de Engenharia de Itajubá and an MBA with a major in Corporate Finance and Accounting from University of Rochester, New York (Beta Gamma Sigma award).
