Anita Ramaswamy is a senior reporter at TechCrunch focused on crypto and fintech startups and trends. She also co-hosts TechCrunch’s weekly crypto podcast, Chain Reaction, and co-authors its companion newsletter of the same name. 

Before working at TechCrunch, Ramaswamy reported on financial institutions and Wall Street for Business Insider. Prior to becoming a journalist, she held various roles in financial services, including in investment banking at Wells Fargo Securities and in private capital fundraising at Evercore.
