Renato Abissamra

Renato joined Spectra in 2013 to direct fundraising, investor relations and portfolio monitoring. Renato has over 30 years of experience in the financial and capital markets, including 17 years of experience in the private wealth management groups of large banks in Brazil such as Credit Commercial de France, HSBC and BNP Paribas. 

Prior to joining Spectra, Renato was Chief Operating Officer and head of the Private Banking Client and Trading desk for Brazil at BNP Paribas.

Renato holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, an MBA from FIA-USP and attended post-graduate programs at FGV and HEC – Paris. He is fluent in Portuguese and English and has intermediate-level fluency in French.
