Santiago Alvarez

Santiago has over 18 years of investment and management consulting experience, including 12 years dedicated to impact investments across Latin America and Africa. Santiago is co-founder and Managing Partner at ALIVE Ventures, a leading impact investment fund manager across Latam, dedicated to support high impact and high growth entrepreneurs, that are leveraging technology and/or other game-changing innovations to address economic inequality, incorporating a climate and a gender investment lens. Previous to ALIVE, Santiago worked for several impact fund managers such as the Swiss based Bamboo Capital Partners and Adobe Capital in Mexico, as well with the leading private equity global investor Actis in London.
