Currently leads the Advisory Practice of KPMG in Mexico and Central America assisting clients in identifying growth opportunities, as well as implementing solutions and strategies. Gerardo has more than 20 years of experience in transactional services, advising numerous organizations on investment operations in Mexico and other countries. Gerardo has advised companies from various sectors, including financial services, energy, infrastructure, consumer goods, education, and health, providing a disruptive approach to support the agile transformation of industries and organizations in new business contexts. Previously, as Head of Deal Advisory, Gerardo led a team of high-performing professionals to provide advice on strategy, buying, selling, partnership, restructuring and integration processes.
